Boy has the tables turned on RINO Richard Denapoli who was discovered to to have committed Mail-in-Voter Fraud recently in the State of Florida. The article below states that the FBI is looking into an additional investigation against Denapoli since Federal Candidates were on the ballot that year. Looks like Michael Rares “South Florida First” benefactor just got popped for a possible felony charge in Federal Court if the FBI continues to investigate in our opinion!

The Chairman of the Grievance Committee for the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) and current State Committeeman for Broward County, Richard Lee DeNapoli, may have committed felony voter fraud after he allegedly voted twice in two different Florida counties during the 2014 midterm election – an election in which he was a candidate for Florida State Representative, District 74 in Sarasota county.

The Floridian commenced an investigation into Mr. DeNapoli’s voting history after receiving a tip from a protected source. In the course of that investigation, evidence was uncovered that he voted by mail in Sarasota and Broward counties in both the 2014 primary and general elections. Our evidence was quickly turned over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for their review.

The FDLE opened a case concerning Mr. DeNapoli, and according to a letter obtained by The Floridian regarding Case # MI-73-2325, Mr. DeNapoli appears to have escaped prosecution for voting twice in an election due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

In the letter, FDLE Special Agent Kenneth Haberland “confirmed with the law enforcement agency’s Regional Legal Advisor, Jackie Boswell,  that “the statute of limitation had expired” and that the agency would not pursue criminal charges against Mr. DeNapoli.

In addition, Broward County Assistant State Attorney (ASA) Chris Killoran, who is the Supervisor of the Public Corruption Unit and was contacted by SA Haberland,  initially said that the statute of limitations had expired.

Once the FDLE concluded their inquiry in the case and had the report approved for public records, the legal department within the agency released the letter to The Floridian.

Florida Statute 104.18  “Casting more than one ballot at any election” states—Except as provided in s. 101.6952, whoever willfully votes more than one ballot at any election commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Anyone arrested and convicted of violating FL Statute 104.18 in an election could face a prison term of up to five years and/or a fine of $5,000.

The newly found evidence and documents of potential voter fraud come on the heels of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signing the controversial SB 90 voter integrity bill into law, and former President Donald Trump alleging mass felony voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

President Trump’s assertion that felony voter fraud was committed is centered around the same vote-by-mail method of voting DeNapoli appears to have partaken in when he allegedly voted by mail twice in Sarasota County and twice in Broward County during the 2014 election cycle.

When he signed the bill into law, Gov. DeSantis highlighted many features of the measure, including voter ID regulation for voting by mail, creating limits on who can pick up and return a voter’s ballot, and banning private funding for elections.

“Florida, your vote counts, your vote is going to be cast with integrity and transparency and this is a great place for democracy,” said DeSantis upon signing the bill into law.

During the 2018 election cycle, DeNapoli tried to become a self-proclaimed champion for voter integrity.

In official public records obtained from the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections, DeNapoli “voted by mail” in the both Republican primary and general elections in 2014. That same election cycle, DeNapoli was a candidate for Florida House Representatives in Sarasota’s 74th district and was crushed in the primary by former State Rep. Julio Gonzalez.

The Floridian also obtained DeNapoli’s official voting history records from the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, where his voting record was also clear. According to those records, DeNapoli also voted by mail in Broward county in both the Republican primary and general elections, despite appearing to already having cast his ballots in Sarasota county.

Official SOE Records: Broward County and Sarasota County

DeNapoli’s former wife, who in court documents has accused DeNapoli of “withholding” court-ordered child support, alimony, and other agreed-upon items in a divorce arrangement, also voted four times in those same two elections.

Representatives from both the Sarasota and Broward Supervisors of Elections confirmed that they can only access their respective county’s election records and that DeNapoli’s voter information, including his voting history and method of voting, are accurate in both counties. They added that all the ballots of the 2014 election have been destroyed per Florida Statute.

But while the FDLE has closed out this case, the Department of Justice could be up to bat next. During the two elections in which DeNapoli allegedly committed voter fraud, federal candidates were also on all of the ballots in question. When felony voter fraud is committed in elections with candidates for federal office, it becomes a federal crime. For this reason, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is said to be looking into the felony voter fraud matter.

But this is not the first time DeNapoli’s election integrity has been brought into question. According to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, in a sworn statement, DeNapoli stated that he lived in Palm Beach County when he applied to run for a county commission seat in 2006.

DeNapoli’s Homestead Exemption has always been attached to the Hollywood home he inherited from his grandparents, and then was moved to his home in Venice, Florida for the couple of years he lived there.

By his own admission in an email obtained by The Floridian, DeNapoli admits that he used his “girlfriends place” in that sworn affidavit for his candidacy for county commissioner.

Lying on State Documents and Committing Stolen Valor?

On June 24, 2007, DeNapoli filled out and had notarized an application for a gubernatorial appointment to the Florida Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs for the Crist gubernatorial transition office, and may have committed what many individuals call “Stolen Valor.”

In the application, DeNapoli not only doesn’t state the Palm Beach County address he said he lived at when he ran for the county commission, but he listed that he was honorably discharge from the military, when in fact he only received an “Entry Level Separation” and not an ‘Honorable” separation or discharge.

According to a letter written by the Department of the Navy that DeNapoli obtained and disseminated in a campaign mailer when he ran for office in Sarasota, DeNapoli only served “active duty training” from January 19, 2003, to February 10, 2003, and did not receive an “Honorable” discharge and was “disenrolled.”

Here is the question asked on the questionnaire about military service:

Here is where applicants are told to list the last five places of residence:

“You were disenrolled from the program on February 25, 2003, as an entry level separation. Individuals separated for this reason do not receive a discharge certificate or character of service,” reads the letter. “The DD Form 214 is prepared only upon release or discharge from active duty, initial tour of active duty for training or for periods of active duty for training of 90 days or more. Since you did not serve on active duty while a member of the Marine Corps Reserve, other than active duty for training, you are not entitled to a DD Form 214.”

Per the letter, DeNapoli did not receive an “Honorable” discharge as he stated in the application. In addition, a new public records request has been made for a 2020 application for a gubernatorial appointment DeNapoli submitted to the DeSantis administration.

This application is said to be submitted for a position in the  South Florida Water Management District and is currently being reviewed for release to comply with the public records request. The application could also show that DeNapoli also stated that he received an “Honorable” discharge in 2003.

According to the aforementioned FDLE Legal Advisor, this newly filed application could be actionable (second allegation mentioned in the FDLE letter), if DeNapoli stated that he received an “Honorable” discharge again.

Mr. DeNapoli could not be reached for comment.

A Broward County-centric grassroots organization by the name of Floridians First has also just filled a “Recall RINO Richard DeNapoli” campaign in hopes to have him removed from his position as state committeeman.

RINO Recall Petition to Remove Denapoli

We were alerted by a Broward Patriot that a relatively new organization, Floridians First, that was started by a local Personal Injury Attorney Gabriel Jose Carrera who was previously part of Tea Party Fort Lauderdale during the Broward Tea Party hey day started a private page to recall Republican State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli. The page looks like its in draft and not completed since the charges for the recall has NOT been listed. Carrera has been threatening a recall through Floridians First for quite a while in his political strategy meetings and his monthly Freedom Corner MAGA rallies. We here are excited that someone has grown a pair to start action or at the least educate the public on the RINO problem in Broward County. It is NOT known when this page will be live for Republicans to sign the recall petition. We here at Drain Broward swamp (DBS) will keep tabs on this page for the recall.

The MAGA, America First, Tea Party, U.S. Constitutional conservatives are all in unity against the enemy within the Republican party. Problem is that there are many NEW conservatives that have started groups thinking they are working with conservatives but in fact they are working with snakes. Trump talked about the snakes in his Sarasota, Florida SAVE AMERICA rally. Michael Rares at South Florida First, a self declared Q’Anon believer, jumped into Broward Politics in May 2021 after Candidate Darlene Swaffar gave Rares access to the South Florida First. Rares has admitted receiving assistance for the organization and for Swaffar’s campaign from Richard Denapoli the RINO. Credit to Mr. Rares for scrubbing his site of all pro-Denapoli political articles and replacing it with the precinct Project agenda of filling up the local GOP with activists. We here at DBS invite Mr. Rares to reject Denapoli publicly for the RINO that in our opinion he is as an elected official for the republican Party that have violated his oath of office and his party’s loyalty oath! Once Floridians First removes Denapoli all Republican organisations must work to get the 250,000 Republican votes out for Gov Ron DeSantis in 2022 and Donald Trump in 2024!

Denapoli’s Hair plugs Humor Pic Found on the Internet!

Below you will find a list of charges found on Floridians First recall website that lists the terrible actions of Republican State Committeeman Richard Denapoli in where he violates his Republican Loyalty Oath!

Looks like our very own Broward County Republican State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli has sued a few of the Patriots in the MAGA community for voicing their opinions on a publicly elected official. Denapoli has sued Benjamin Bennett and Andrew Brett. Bennett used to be the SAA for Denapoli when he was Chairman of the Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) as well as other chairmen in the past. Andrew Brett is a self-declared Trump man who is President for the Broward County Log Cabin club. Both men were hit with Libel/Slander lawsuits for their political speech.

Andrew Brett on June 28, 2020 was a candidate for the Broward County Republican State Committeeman position against Richard “Dick” Denapoli. In a certified court document, an email was sent to multiple recipients to the CG Trust (Coral Gables Trust, Co.), and its Executive Board members. The issue at matter is that Mr. Brett quoted Mr. Denapoli’s speech where Mr. Denapoli bragged of raising over $500,000 for the local GOP (BREC). Mr. Brett in his email to Denapoli’s employment questioned how the $500,000 was spent since no records were provided to BREC members. Brett states that many State and Federal candidates were trying to find out what happened to that money that Denapoli allegedly raised.

Andrew Brett with
Gen. Mike Flynn

Mr. Brett states that he has a friend in the state of Texas who was a candidate that received financial assistance from the local GOP and from a State Republican Club. In the verified Broward County Court Document, it states that no local Broward candidates received any financial assistance from BREC or the State Republican Club. Brett requests that CG Trust search their records to see if the $500,000 raised by Denapoli is deposited in CG Trust.

Mr. Brett sent a link to a video also accusing Denapoli of falsifying documents in Palm Beach County to run for an elected position there. Mr. Brett finally makes a plea as follows: “I and other Republican candidates truly look forward to hearing from you as to whether Mr. Denapoli used your bank and his place of employment to funnel these funds that are nowhere to be found.”

In our opinion we see no slander in the email sent out by Mr. Brett only questions to a claim made by Mr. Denapoli on a haul of half a million dollars that should have gone to Republicans in Broward County. If this amount of funds were truly raised, then those resources could have helped many MAGA candidates in Broward County against the Socialist Democrat party that has won many elections locally. Andrew Brett posted the video below describing this very fact on YouTube including much more.

In our opinion it looks like this lawsuit was filed to stop the FREE SPEECH of Mr. Brett. Political speech is the most protected form of speech under the U.S. Constitution. U.S. Legal.com states that, “Core political speech consists of conduct and words that are intended to directly rally public support for a particular issue, position, or candidate. In one prominent case, the U.S. Supreme Court suggested that core political speech involves any “interactive communication concerning political change.” Meyer v. Grant, 486 U.S. 414, 108 S. Ct. 1886, 100 L. Ed. 2d 425 (1988). Discussion of public issues and debate on the qualifications of candidates, the Supreme Court concluded, are forms of political expression integral to the system of government established by the federal Constitution. Buckley v. Valeo, 424 U.S. 1, 96 S. Ct. 612, 46 L. Ed. 2d 659 (1976). Thus, circulating handbooks and petitions, posting signs and placards, and making speeches and orations are all forms of core political speech, so long as they in some way address social issues, political positions, political parties, political candidates, government officials, or governmental activities.”

Andrew Brett was merely trying to smoke out corruption in Broward County against a candidate named Richard Denapoli. Mr. Denapoli a multimillionaire has funds for lawyers where Mr. Brett for lack of funds is forced to represent himself. This type of bullying is well known in the America First community at the hands of Richard Denapoli. Here at DBS we always ask where is the local law enforcement, the Broward Sherriff, or FDLE to investigate the actions of Richard Denapoli. The Board of BREC stands by in fear and does not form a vote on Denapoli for the list of Republican Loyalty oath violations Denapoli has accrued in his BREC political career.

Current Broward Republican State
Committeeman Richard Denapoli

In our opinion and observations, other Broward political activist groups are aware of Richard Denapoli and his Republican violations, but they chose to use him to further their agenda since he is currently the feared top dog in the Broward political landscape. That is about to change soon and Michael Rares of SOUTH FLORIDA FIRST will be fully informed of whom he receives political assistance from. It is so sad that the Denapolis of the world use corruption to obtain power and when that power is achieved that they share it with others to push back against the defenders of truth. Andrew Brett is one of many that shout the truth from the roof tops. Donald Trump wants us to fight, fight, fight to get rid of these RINOs! Will the local GOP listen, grow a pair, and do their job!

Benjamin Bennet’s case shall be published tomorrow so please stay tuned as the Richard RINO Denapoli show continues. Do not fear……there are those of us working behind the scenes on something BIG! Below you can find the case number to view the files since this is open to the public for viewing.

Republican State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli took in large amount of cash reimbursements as shown in the Broward County Supervisor of Elections website, but his opponents question the integrity demanding proof in the form of receipts for mailers and robocalls.

Looks like in this Supervisor of Elections (SOE) filed expense report the Broward County Republican State Committeeman only donated $100 but, reimbursed himself close to $7,985.96 in expenses. Mr. Denapoli is a millionaire who spent around $80,000 to obtain Republican votes to get elected to the State Committeeman position that does NOT pay a salary. The Volunteer position is for those who have a sense of giving back to the community politically through their good will. Many in the MAGA community are rumored to be upset after hearing the Mr. Denapoli spent large amounts of their own wealth to obtain a prestigious seat such as State Committeeman. These same people become quite emotionally upset finding out that the report filed as presented above that Mr. Denapoli requests reimbursements for traveling and self promotion. This is just another piece of information that stacks up against Denapoli’s character in our opinion.

One of Richard Denapoli’s “mailers” specifically states that its a NO COST platform! If his mailers are free why is Richard Denapoli taking $$$$ from the Republican Party for mailers? These are questions that need to be answered immediately. BREC should be asking these questions especially BREC’s Treasurer who is a staunch Richard Denapoli supporter. Please see the bottom of the mailer depicted below. If you want to view the whole mailer please click here! Who will stand up to Denapoli and call him on the carpet??? It is time that the members of BREC call Denapoli out and remove him for violating his Republican Loyalty Oath if this below is proven to be true in our opinion. These are unanswered questions that demand a response.

It is well known that as the Elected State Committeeman the job entitles assisting candidates and the local Republicans’ Executive Committee. At the time of filing this report it is unknown if DeNapoli has has ever raised funds for the local GOP to assist local candidates. It is known that Denapoli along with his Republican State Committeewoman Michelle Merrill raised a large amount of cash by booking and paying a speaker fee to have General Flynn speak for a military charity. You can read the whole story on that here where two (2) sitting U.S. Florida Congressmen walked away from the event when they initially were informed that the Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) was hosting the event. They were informed via Drain Broward Swamp (DBS) that the event was actually being hosted by a FOR-PROFIT Corporation.

Richard with long time
supporter RICO PETROCELLI

The Article reported as follows:

“According to a source very close to one of the congressmen, the congressman in question was under the impression that this was a fundraiser for veterans put on by the questionable Broward County Republican Executive Committee (BREC) because Michelle Merrell, the group’s state committeewoman allegedly misrepresented herself when she pitched the event to him.

This event is not sanctioned by the Broward Republican Party, rather it’s put together by a fly-by-night Florida corporation— South Florida Conservative Coalition, LLc —that was set up by Merrell less than two months ago. But in looking at the fundraising email promoting the event, one would think that it was fully sanctioned by the local Republican Party. Who wouldn’t think that this was an official Broward GOP event?”

In our opinion we question whether DeNapoli with a history of being a long time Democrat actually has the best interest of the Republican Party in Broward County and that of the whole state of Florida. The reimbursements as reported above is just an additional weight of evidence against the character of Mr. Denapoli. We further believe that this elected official in his capacity as a Republican in the leadership of the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) should be doing more to push the agenda of President Trump instead of secretly blocking strong conservative voices and policies in the MAGA community. This has been confirmed by unnamed sources but here at DBS must advise that this piece of information is rumored and we are promised that evidence will later be provided so take the following with a grain of thought; that because Richard Denapoli refused to sign off on a request for a Broward County Trump Club formation the group requesting was denied. That the denial was sent to the potential club founder from then BREC Chairman George Moraitis on his law firm letterhead. The letter allegedly contained that due to one of the two attorneys not signing off the Trump club request to form a Republican group is denied. Out of the two attorneys at the time referenced in the letter on of them signed and the second attorney that refused to sign off was no other than our current Republican State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli. Again, This was provided by an unnamed source that has intimate knowledge of the event thus give it the weight that it deserves in your evaluation of Richard Denapoli. We here try to be as accurate as possible.

Lastly, Mr Denapoli’s supporters at the “South Florida First” political activist group have posted stories on their webpage promoting Denapoli’s political BREC positions and posting articles attacking Tom Powers the current BREC chair. It is important to note that the BREC Treasurer Charles Solak and Republican State Committeewoman Michelle Merrill filed a Republican Party grievance against Tom Powers for frivlous offenses. Both are part of the Richard Denapoli support group. More importantly, these two grievances’ go the the committee that Richard Denapoli chairs for the RPOF. In our opinion this smells to high heaven. Looking at South Florida First as recently as last night it seems these two specific support stories have been scrubbed from their website. The website of South Florida First is managed and run by Mr. Michael Rares a self-confessed QAnon enthusiast. Michael Rares admits to having multiple lengthy conversations with Richard Denapoli all the while the news section of South Florida First posts pro-Richard Denapoli articles. One of those posts was a direct mailer that was a mass email sent out and paid for by Richard DeNapoli, Broward Republican State Committeeman. According to Wikipedia, “QAnon is a disproven far-right conspiracy theory alleging that a cabal of Satanic, cannibalistic pedophiles operate a global child sex trafficking ring and conspired against former President Donald Trump during his term in office. QAnon has been described as a cult.”

Drain Broward Swamp does not know why “South Florida First” took down the pro-Denapoli news articles but, we all pray that this newly formed political group see the light that RINO Denapoli is a swamp creature in the Broward County political swamp that needs to GO!

-Drain Broward Swamp-

DBS does not know why South Florida First took the pro-Denapoli news articles down but, we all pray that this newly formed group see’s the light that Denapoli is a swamp creature in the Broward County political swamp that needs to go. Sources inside the Ron DeSantis for Governor campaign have made it known that Richard Denapoli is one of the greatest blocks in Broward County for Republican support. There is an estimated 250,000 Republican voters in Broward County. BREC under Richard Denapoli and George Moraitis brag that they turned out in 2020 Trump Presidential election an estimated 34% of the Republican vote. DBS asks what happed to the majority (66%) of the 250,000 republican Votes.

BREC Leadership With Denapoli to the left of Treasurer Charles Solak

Millionaire Republican State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli has historically violated his Republican Party Loyalty Oath of Office by giving lip service to Republican candidates, but secretly donating $$$$ to Socialist Democrat challenger promoting Obama Care as Broward Republican Executive Committee Chairman!

We live in an upside down world here what is right is wrong and what is evil is good. With the Trump campaign purging RINOs nationwide the battle in Broward is underway with Richard Denapoli, Broward Republican State Committeeman, who continues to violate his Republican loyalty oath. At this point in the article your wondering, WHAT NOW?!?!?! In our former reporting we addressed the grievance filed against Denapoli that was made to disappear by RPOF Joe Gruters – in that Denapoli as Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) Chairman endorsed more registered Broward Democrats for non-partisan seats (Judges & school Board) than those in his own party. These endorsements were made without a BREC E-Board or BREC member vote. Mr. Denapoli unilaterally endorsed these Democrats leaving those in his party scratching their heads. It was alleged in a verified 2018 Republican grievance that Mr. Denapoli was selling proprietary BREC member and donor lists to Active registered progressive Democrats for cash that “may” have ultimately led to his Republican Chairman endorsement.

We thank all the citizens of Broward County that love Florida who have emailed us research on Mr. Denapoli. It has been verified that during the tenure of Richard Denapoli as BREC chairman in 2012 gave lip service promotion to his good friend Douglas Harrison who ran against former Republican turned Democrat Richard Stark. progressive candidate Stark left the Democrat party to join the weak BREC. The Sun Sentinel Reports, “because he thought the Republicans had a better chance to pass and implement universal health care through the private market.” Stark was trying to implement Obama style universal healthcare through the Republican party. He would later turn back to the Democrat Party in Broward to run against Denapoli’s good friend Douglas “Doug” Harrison. In the video below you will see with your own eyes Denapoli interviewing Republican Party candidate Doug Harrison behind the American flag.

Why Is RINO Denapoli Balding Greatly in 2012, BUT He has an Abundance of Hair in 2021??? Could he be Sporting a Bad Rug?

Federal donation records clearly reflect that Denapoli secretly donated at the time to Stark against a Republican Candidate and a close friend of his. We here at Drain Broward Swamp (DBS) wonder what type of person would violate a friends trust by donating to their opponent’s campaign. 2012 was the height of the Tea Party movement to stop socialist/progressive Obama care take over of the healthcare industry. Stark was a champion of Obamacare who was formerly a Republican who turned Democrat operative. OpenSecrets.com is a website that documents individual donations to candidates as reported to the Federal government. A search of Mr. Denapoli shows that on 9/22/2012, just 10-days after donating $100 to Harrison, Denapoli donated $100 to Democrat Party Richard Neil Stark.

In Our Opinion:

RINO Richard “Dick” Denapoli supporting Democrats against Republican candidates holding the seat of trust as Republican Chairman of Broward County violates the Republican Loyalty Oath and should bar Denapoli from ever holding a seat of power in the Republican Party of Florida. We all know that Denapoli is a former Democrat who was an intern in the President Bill Clinton’s White House. He fought hard against solid Tea Party and America First candidates that wanted to push Broward into the red zone. Denapoli is a typical Establishment Blue Blood RINO that has a silver tongue telling you what you want to hear and behind the scenes he blocks and fights Constitutional Conservatives with fervor. The Question is why is this swamp creature still operating in Broward County as a trusted Republican when the evidence shows that he will stab his friends and the Republican Party in the back by endorsing the opposition socialist party?

RINO Richard Denapoli Publicly Declares Blue Broward RINO-Free
Now He Has Hair?!?!?!?!?!

DeNapoli said he was, “America First, before it was cool.” From the sound of the booing, the crowd was not impressed.

What did I miss, what did I miss!! I need to get out more to these political events in Broward County! The MAGA community this week is on fire when a video of Richard Denapoli, Republican State Committeeman floated on the internet last Tuesday night with Richard declaring that there are NO RINO’s in Broward Republican leadership. RED BROWARD is reporting, “Broward Republican Party Official Richard DeNapoli was booed Tuesday evening at a local Donald Trump event in Pompano Beach. DeNapoli, who serves as the elected State Committeeman, was called a “liar” multiple times when he told the crowd there were no “RINOS” in the Broward Republican Party leadership. The term RINO, which stands for “Republican In Name Only,” is used against leaders who worked to oppose conservative causes. DeNapoli was attending a Jews For Trump event at Galuppis Restaurant. DeNapoli said it was the “honor of his life” to serve as the emcee of a Boca Raton Trump event in 2016. DeNapoli said he was, “America First, before it was cool.” From the sound of the booing, the crowd was not impressed.

RedBroward.com credit for the video

Witnesses at the event reported that Mr. Andrew Brett, President of the Broward Log cabin political Group, was invited to speak among other candidates. Mr. Brett declared that he is again running for Richard Denapoli’s seat of Republican State Committeeman in 2024. He also declared that we needed to get rid of the RINOs in Broward County. It was obvious to the attendees that Denapoli arose to speak with an upset look on his face since he was just challenged by the same man he is suing in Broward County Court for slander for reporting that he did not live at the address he reported running for public office. That is another story regarding bullying that DBW will report later down the road. Denapoli obviously irritated by the RINO comment stated as he did in the video posted in the post. Denapoli being 3-years away from any challenge could have maintained his grace and dignity by being the better man and not responding. He chose to go petty and the video states the reaction of the room that they did NOT believe him that Broward did not have a RINO problem!

IS DENAPOLI A HARD CORE TRUMPSTER?

Can it be possible that the Anti-RINO warriors are wrong on Richard Denapoli? Can Richard the victim card playing politico be the true victim who has done no wrong? Let’s back up before we believe a lie and lose Broward County for a few more election cycles. Drain Broward Swamp (DBS) is actively investigating and trying to obtain the two Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) complaints that the Trump 2020 campaign filed against the Broward Republican Executive Committee BREC), The Broward local GOP machine, for receiving ZERO help when Denapoli was chairman of BREC. These rumors must be verified and at DBS we strive to provide you with hard core evidence to make the case for you to join the battle in saving the Broward GOP. DBS shall provide its supporters and haters at a later date more information as it becomes available. For now these accusations are hearsay and should be treated as hearsay until verified!

Going back to the the question if Denapoli was a Trumper before it was cool to be a Trumper is true or is he a snake oil salesman that rode the wave because there were no RINO coat tails to ride into power with because the PEOPLE were pissed off at Politics as Usual! According to 2016 Federal records, Broward State Committeeman Richard DeNapoli made multiple contributions to the Presidential campaign of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Those same records show DeNapoli gave $0 to President Donald Trump. Is this why the Sarasota Herald-Tribune called Richard DeNapoli a “moderate” Republican in August 2016?

Richard Denapoli is a Moderate

In October 2015, Richard DeNapoli was named to Governor Jeb Bush’s Broward campaign team along with frequent ally Rico Petrocelli. Federal campaign records show DeNapoli’s support of Bush began months earlier. In January 2015, DeNapoli made a contribution to the “Right To Rise PAC,” a pro-Jeb Bush political committee which attacked Sen. Marco Rubio. According to the New York Times, “Some Right to Rise donors have been worried for months about attacking Mr. Rubio, especially after Right to Rise showed a video it had made portraying him as unelectable, because of his hard-line views against abortion….” In June 2015, Richard DeNapoli made two contributions to the Jeb Bush political committee. He made his last contribution in September 2015. By late February 2016, Jeb Bush dropped out of the race. Less than two weeks later, DeNapoli jumped ship to support Donald Trump.

DeNapoli tried to explain his rationale to the Sun-Sentinel. “Clearly the sentiment out there is a lot of Republicans are fed up. Not only with the establishment, because they haven’t delivered on a lot of promises. And they want someone who can disrupt the system and get things accomplished. And Trump is their champion,” DeNapoli said. “They’ve heard these promises for years and years, and they don’t feel they’ve been delivered on.” Even though DeNapoli was part of the party establishment, he was named “Fort Lauderdale area director of Trump’s presidential campaign.” Federal records show DeNapoli’s words of support for Donald Trump were not backed up by his checkbook. Campaign records do not show any contributions to President Donald Trump. The Federal records show DeNapoli made two contributions in 2016: one to the Republican Party in June 2016, and an October 2016 contribution to Sen. Marco Rubio.

I ALWAYS SUPPORT OUR REPUBLICAN NOMINEES

Even though Richard DeNapoli likes to say, “I always support our Republican nominees,” he has been dogged by accusations of lukewarm support of these candidates. In 2010, DeNapoli was a strong supporter of Charlie Crist’s US Senate campaign. Federal records show DeNapoli was an early supporter with a $1,000 contribution in December 2009. After Marco Rubio defeated Crist for the nomination, some Rubio backers claimed DeNapoli did little to help. Javier Manjarres gave DeNapoli the dreaded “Charlie Crist Republican” label.

Federal records do not show any 2010 contribution to Rubio by DeNapoli. That same year, Richard DeNapoli was an early supporter of Bill McCollum’s bid for Florida Governor. According to his “conservative” resume provided to members of the Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) in 2010, DeNapoli was, “Named to Broward County Political Leadership Team, Steering Committee, Bill McCollum for Governor.”

LOW-ENERGY POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO JEB BUSH?

DeNapoli made two contributions to McCollum in 2009 and a third just before the August 2010 primary. McCollum was soundly defeated by Rick Scott. DeNapoli told BREC members, “I proudly supported Bill McCollum in the primary – my commitment to his campaign began prior to my time as BREC Treasurer…and when McCollum lost I proudly supported our Republican nominee and now Governor-Elect Rick Scott. I always support our Republican nominees.” State records show Richard DeNapoli made a single $25 contribution to Rick Scott on October 10, 2010. As REDBROWARD exposed last week, Richard DeNapoli’s claim to “always support our Republican nominees” does not extended to women running for Broward County Judge.

In 2016, BREC failed to include Judge Nina DiPietro on its list of endorsements. Her husband, David DiPietro was former legal counsel for BREC. After some prominent Republicans complained about DiPietro’s exclusion, BREC was forced to print new endorsement cards. Buddy Nevins of Browardbeat.com “was also told that the board of directors of the local GOP were split over whether to redo the cards, which will be distributed to select voters. A number of directors opposed changing the list to include Judge Di Pietro.” Why? According to former BREC Chairman Robert Sutton, one particular BREC Board member did not want Judge Nina DiPietro the palm card.

“Richard DeNapoli did not want Nina DiPietro to get the BREC endorsement,” Sutton told REDBROWARD. In an October 2016 e-mail to REDBROWARD, DeNapoli included the endorsement card without DiPietro. He said it was available on the party Facebook page. DeNapoli wrote, “This was the finalized guide as decided by the Board and amendments voted upon by the BREC members at the September meeting.” Sutton said party leaders in Tallahassee were extremely angry over the slight and the cards were reprinted. This year, the BREC Board endorsed a Democrat over a Republican for the Broward County Court Judge Group 9 seat. Twice! In August 2016, the BREC Board endorsed Tanner Channing Demmery over Leonore Greller and Corey Amanda Cawthon. In the November runoff, the BREC Board once again endorsed Demmery over Cawthon.

The BREC Board members are Chairman George Moraitis, Vice Chair Celeste Ellich, Secretary Rupert Tarsey, Treasurer Kevin Moot, State Committeewoman Michele Merrell and Richard DeNapoli. In October, Javier Manjarres of the Shark Tank asked why the BREC leadership decided to endorse Demmery, a Democrat public defender over Corey Cawthon, a registered Republican. Manjarres wrote, “This is disgraceful for Republicans, but is an expected move from the embattled misfit group of Republicans who supposedly represent all Broward Republicans.” According to Manjarres, Chairman George Moraitis, “affirmed the decision, stating that the decision was made to endorse after ‘the attorneys’ recommended it. Moraitis did not say who the attorneys were.”

IN MY OPINION:

has Denapoli the Conservative values that he barked out at last Tuesday’s event? In the opinion of this writer I state NO! The man was a former Democrat intern in the Clinton White House who always backed, supported and voted for swamp creatures. He has benefited from the corruption of selling private BREC donor and voter lists to active Democrat candidates in Broward County. He is the Chairman of the RPOF Grievance Committee where multiple grievances against Denapoli has landed and disappeared into thin air without Denapoli recusing himself with the obvious conflict of interests.

Surprisingly there are MAGA republicans in BREC that only want to feel good and fight against the RINO Hunters more that the RINOs. They do not like conflict yet push against those BREC members that strive to educate the new BREC members of the historical past unless we repeat history. These self-declared America First Patriots (in name only) individuals need to realize that when Trump states to fight he means get your hands dirty removing RINOs. Yes, it will feel uneasy having to make a choice between left & right. Yes, people might not want to have coffee or like your Facebook pics anymore. It all boils down to sacrifice and what YOU are willing to sacrifice to take over Broward and make it RED! Are you willing to sacrifice some so called friends that never really liked you in the first place? Are you willing to put your foot in the fight even if that means getting the “stinky eye” in a BREC meeting from some Decrypted old lady that is set in her Moderate Blue Blood Establishment ways?

If someone comes to you requesting unity just respond back that the the MAGA, Constitutional Conservatives, America First community is united but the Democrat lite Republicans that support Denapoli are causing all the division! The time for change is now. What are you willing to sacrifice to get Ron DeSantis and Donald trump elected? Your vote is no longer good enough you MUST do more!

Gen. Flynn Banner Drop Against RINO Richard Denapoli

Former Broward Republican Executive Committee Chairman Richard “Dick” Denapoli was formerly charged in a Republican Party of Florida grievance that was never formerly heard by the RPOF.

Stop Broward Republican Corruption!

Back In 2018 former Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) Chairman Richard Denapoli was formally accused of selling private and confidential BREC members’ information to Democrat candidates back in 2018. Recently, Drain Broward Swamp received documents that appear to be a grievance filed against Mr. Denapoli as well as two other alleged co-conspirators. On September 28, 2018 a grievance complaint against Mr. Denapoli was sent to George Riley the executive director of the Republican Party of Florida. In addition to Mr. Riley – copies were sent to Rep. Blaise Ingoglia, Chair RPOF, and Ben Gibson, RPOF counsel. A complete copy of the received grievance can be downloaded by scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the “DOWNLOAD” button above the Charlie Crist video where Mr. Denapoli supports Crist.

At the time of writing of this article Mr. Denapoli is the Republican State Committeeman and the Chairman of the RPOF Grievance Committee that hears all violations within the Republican Party throughout the State of Florida. One of the specific charges against Mr. Denapoli is that he violated his “Republican Loyalty Oath” as an executive officer and Committeeman for BREC. One of the many actions that Mr. Denapoli committed violating his loyalty oath was selling access to the email databases that was created by taking proprietary information that is privately and solely owned by BREC. This action was taken without the knowledge of BREC board or the many members within BREC. In the opinion of this writer, the selling of private Republican donor and membership lists to active Democrat candidates that are on the ballot violates the loyalty Oath of the Republican Party. Below is the unverified evidence of Richard Denapoli’s wrong doing. It is our personal belief that the grievance package sent to us 100% bonafide!

It is important to know that this grievance package that was delivered to Drain Broward Swamp has not been fully verified as authentic although it does appear as the official grievance that has been rumored in the last few years to have occurred. It is also important to point out that Mr. Denapoli denies any involvement or any guilt regarding this allegation. Unfortunately in the writer’s personal opinion it appears that Mr. Denapoli has lied to protect his decade old seat of power to the point he has even filed lawsuits against political opponents to stifle information and free speech.

In the September 28, 2018 filed a grievance the author alleges with proof of a redacted version of an email that was forwarded to him by a judicial candidate that was registered during the election in 2018 as an active Democrat party member. The name of that judicial candidate was Mr. Dale Miller who at the time was employed with the Broward County Public Defenders’ office. On Friday, July 27, 2018 Mr. Miller received an email from one of Richard Denapoli’s accomplices that read as shown below:

If you were around three years ago you would remember Rupert Tarsey’s name. He was the BREC Executive Secretary at the time of the solicitation. As reported in the Sun Sentinel, “Mr. Rupert Tumin Ditsworth of Beverly Hills — who is now Rupert Tarsey of Parkland — was charged in a felony complaint with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly beating an 18-year-old woman with a claw hammer. Ditsworth was 17. Police said the victim, a fellow student at Harvard-Westlake School, one of the nation’s most prestigious college-preparatory schools, was left with a broken leg and a broken nose. Her mother said the victim was struck 40 times and her scalp was split. Police said the teens had gone for a drive in Ditsworth’s 2000 Jaguar after school. The victim’s mother said she was invited to get smoothies after finishing an Advanced Placement exam. Ditsworth began talking about suicide and began striking her with the hammer, her mother told the Los Angeles Times.”

Richard “Dick” Denapoli (right) along with his close friend Rupert Tarsey (Left)

“The victim’s mother, a physician, described what she saw when she arrived at her daughter’s bedside. “Her hair and face were caked with blood,” she said. “On the left side, her head was shaped like a football.” The student newspaper at Harvard-Westlake reported that after she was released from the hospital, the victim attended the prom in her wheelchair and graduation on crutches.” There is an old saying that birds of a feather flock together; and Mr. Tarsey is one of the individuals mentioned in the grievance that was specifically filed against Republican Executive Chairman Richard Denapoli. It appears that at the time Tarsey was helping Mr. Denapoli sell the privileged information to active Democrat candidates. Mr. Tarsey was already on a one year probationary period imposed by the RPOF grievance committee in 2017 for wrongdoing.

The grievance document against Florida Republican State Committeeman Richard Denapoli further alleges that multiple emails from other judicial candidates, some whom have BREC endorsement, and from a consultant who manages several judicial campaigns stated it was common knowledge that Mr. Tarsey and Richard Denapoli were soliciting payment from other registered Democrat candidates for access for personal information that is proprietary and privileged to BREC. As Chairman of the Republican County Executive Committee – Mr. Denapoli appears to be abusing his position for monetary gain selling the private information that the local GOP acquired for its own private use. The individuals whom private information was peddled throughout the Broward County election to registered Democrat candidates were believing in good faith that their data was secure with the Broward County Republican executive committee. Placed in ordinary language Mr. Denapoli sold people’s’ private information without their knowledge or consent in our opinion.

The Democrat candidate was told to make the check out to “Praetorian Consulting” that is located in Tampa, Florida according to corporate records. Neither Mr. Denapoli, Mr. Tarsey, or the other Denapoli associates are listed as officers or directors according the Florida Department of Corporations. Mr. Tarsey’s email confirmed that Republican Chairman Richard Denapoli requested $500.00 for the Republican Donor and member’s list. Payment was to be sent to Mr. Denapoli’s associate home and NOT to the business address based in Tampa. Judicial Candidate Dale Miller made the ethical choice and rejected the offer. The Florida Judicial Cannons prevent a candidate running for judge to accept this type of help from officials of a political party. If only other Judicial Candidates and school Board candidates were as honorable as Mr. Miller maybe they could have governed much better on the Broward school board as they did instead of turning a blind eye to public political corruption.

ENDORSEMENT OF DEMOCRAT CANDIDATES:

Another allegation involved in the grievance is the endorsement of possible candidates that are registered Democrats in Broward County. It is important to note that judicial elections are non-partisan but it is clear from the historical voting record what party the judicial candidate espouses an ideology should they be elected to the bench. On Monday, July 23, 2018, there was a BREC monthly meeting where numerous Broward County judicial candidates were allowed to speak to the BREC members. During that meeting no motions were made to endorse any of the candidates that spoke. Two days later all the BREC members received an email stating that certain judicial candidates as well as candidates for school board were officially endorsed by BREC. The grievant states that of the eight judicial candidates name to only three were registered Republicans in one of those that were endorsed was the key vote on the 2000 cam at Seaboard that started the recount in Broward County of that year. Of the five Broward County school board candidates endorsed only two were Republicans. These endorsements were made unilaterally without the membership vote or the executive board voting to endorse Democrat candidates. It is the opinion of this writer that all Republicans in the state of Florida should be upset Calling for the RPOF or the Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to remove him immediately.

PARTY RULES OF PROCEDURE REPUBLICAN STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

It is rumored within Republican circles that many complaints against Denapoli have been delivered to the Republican grievance board and dismissed without a hearing. RPOF Joe Gruters personally trusted and hand picked Denapoli as Chairman of the RPOF grievance committee. There have been multiple allegations against Denapoli that violate the Republican Loyalty Oath that has NOT seen the light of day. One of the biggest question to ask Joe Gruters, the bigwig of the RPOF, is why Chairman Denapoli did not recuse himself for the obvious conflict of interest? Many in the Republican community voice their belief that in 2018 there was an important election year and Gruters did not want to stain the elections with a trial. Responding to that rumor we ask what office was Denapoli running for that would have kept other Republicans from being elected? We are of the personal belief that hearing the grievance against Denapoli would have caused NO DAMAGE to the statewide and local Republican candidates in the 2018 elections.

Analysis: I cannot believe that these serious allegations did not result in the grievance committee having a trial where the evidence could be presented with Mr. Denapoli afforded the opportunity to respond so that a final decision could be made. Only those on the grievance committee and the Republican leadership knows why Mr. Denapoli’s is still in power and this grievance was never heard. It is our opinion that endorsing Democrat Socialist communist ideologues that are registered and promote the Democrat Party from a Republican executive committee should be run out of their Republican executive office. Where are the Republicans that believe in law in order? Where is Gov. DeSantis on this Republican who in our opinion is a bad Republican and a bad seed? Is it possible because of a looming election that the Republican Party boss Gruters did not want to ruffle the feathers of the establishment, country club, blueblood members? Using one’s position of power to enrich themselves to the detriment of those that placed their trust in the leadership is a great crime against Broward County Republicans, Florida Republicans, and the United States of America.

Richard will take selfies with MAGA superstars, but works against the America First and the Constitutional Conservative Community every time!

It is impossible to comprehend how people have tolerated a traitor who sold out for cold cash Republican endorsements to the opposing party. We here at Drain Broward Swamp would have been embarrassed if we had a reputation in the community for selling out private discretionary privileged data on trusting members of the Republican Party to Democrats. In our opinion, this action equals that of somebody in the military that gives away strategic secrets to the enemies. The president of the Republican party for the state of Florida should be ashamed of himself for tolerating such a snake within the Republican Party. I mentioned above in the article that birds of a feather flock together and it seems that the Republican Party of Florida is covering each other’s backs. What Florida needs more than ever today is a political revival to drain the swamp of snakes and other creatures that violate their loyalty oath. Drain Broward Swamp is standing with Trump to rid the Republican party of snakes like Denapoli!

Mr. Denapoli has been a controversial figure going back to 2008 even during the height of the tea party movement conservative individuals were calling for Mr. Denapoli to resign. Fast-forward to the present he is still in the Republican Party blocking and frustrating America first policies and candidates. With this I ask you to share this post on your social media, send it to those in power, email it or even print it out and mail it with a stamp on an envelope to make everyone aware of the rhino problems here in Broward County, Florida. Although Mr. Denapoli uses verbiage and rhetoric espoused by Donald Trump in his rallies he is not a Trump supporter (in our opinion). We were told that the Florida for Trump campaign filed two complaints with the Republican Party of Florida because the Broward executive committee under the leadership of Richard Denapoli denied it any assistance in the 2020 election. Donations were solicited and monies were raised under the auspices of getting Trump elected. If those monies were in fact spent why in a very important and controversial election did Broward County Republicans only produced 34% of the 250,000 Republican voters here in Broward County? Do not believe the lies of Richard Denapoli. He will show you pictures of him standing next to Donald Trump and other conservatives, but it is just smoke and mirrors to confuse you. If you don’t believe this article ask around within Broward County Republicans whom have been fighting the good fight for the last 10 years and they will tell you that Richard Denapoli is a Republican in name only (RINO) as per his actions.

Trump realizes that RINOs should NOT be acknowledged and Denapoli was not named!

Richard Denapoli agrees with now Democrat Charlie Crist against Republican Senator Rubio!

UP-DATE ON RINO BANNER DROP:

May 20 11:32 PM EST

Seems like Denapoli or his minions decided to run to the Davie Blvd overpass to cut out “Richard Denapoli’s” side of the banner showing his image. The insult comes in that he decided to leave GEN. FLYN HANGING – SWINGING IN THE WIND! I am talking literally hanging half a banner depicting Gen. Flynn for all to see. This RINO did not have the decency to take down the WHOLE banner. I mean, its his key note speaker hanging in the wind up there! Up on I-95 heading south bound. We know it was not the sheriff’s office or country or city because they at least have the sense to take it down in whole. Someone selfish only cut himself down leaving the General to fend for himself. In my opinion, I think that Richard “Dick” Denapoli has contempt for Flynn and is only using him to line his “for profit LLC” pockets with Flynn’s name. We know the left despises the military and here is a sub-conscience action allowing us glimpse into the heart of a corrupt politician in my personal opinion. I think the Broward GOP needs to recall this RINO before he does more damage to BREC nationwide!

Looks like Denapoli’s or his people left Gen Flynn hanging in the wind….LOL! Literally!

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: Seems that someone is pissed off at Broward Republican Executive Committee RINO super star Richard Denapoli (pictured below) who was elected to the office of State Committeeman in 2020. Denapoli holds himself out as a Trump loving Republican as he fundraises for himself. The TRUTH is that Mr. Denapoli is actually a former Democrat that cannot shake off his old blue progressive ways. Historically Mr. Denapli has been opposed to America First candidates and policies. The local rank and file trump loving radical conservatives do not know what to do with him since he has a few million$ in his personal bank account to pay for direct USPS mailing prior to the vote for Committee man race to beat out a field of better qualified candidates.

Those Republicans that voted for him were unaware of his political blue past of selling private Republican donor lists to Democrat candidates in 2018. I also bet you they did not know he was an intern in President Bill Clinton’s Whitehouse……WTF?!?!?!?!?! This man is definitely a political opportunist that needs to walk away from Broward politics! Who else goes as a Republican to a DEMOCRAT Charlie Crist event?!?!?!?!? The pic below is Denapoli with Crist when RINO Crist had an “R” next to his name. Today, Charlie Crist will run for Florida Governor as a progressive socialist Democrat…… let that sink in. (Birds of a feather?).

Mr. Denapoli is associated with current RINO State Committee woman Michelle Merrell of Broward County, which is the bluest county in Florida. Both within weeks started up a FOR PROFIT LLC and are holding a fundraiser where ticket prices are $150 to $300 for the purchaser. The event is to be held this Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Signature Grand on State Road 84 in Davie, Florida. The ad says that “A PORTION” of the raised funds will go to the disabled veterans charity called Soldier Strong. What “portion” of the $150 admission is actually going to Soldier Strong? It is rumored that this event is having a protest organized to bring light to the misrepresented event this Friday @ 6 PM.

An article on the Floridian Press describes the con this way:

“We will never know. Private businesses like South Florida Conservative Coalition, Llc, do not have to disclose their sources of revenue, nor do they have to disclose how much money they paid out in expenses or donations. Merrell and those helping her put the event together could very well be pocketing the bulk of the money that unsuspecting attendees to the event will be shelling out. One of those close associates of Merrell is accused of having physically and sexually assaulted a woman and according to court records, was taken to court for failing to pay child support.” Great read to understand the complicated mess Gen Mike Flynn got himself into….. (https://drainbrowardswamp.com/2021/05/18/republican-congressmen-back-out-of-misrepresented-veteran-fundraiser-with-gen-flynn-associated-with-denapoli/).

On Thursday, May 20, 2021 about 8:00 commuters on I-95 going to work in the Southbound lane witnessed a banner drop. It was communicated to Drain Broward Swamp.com (DBS) of the banner drop and pictures were sent to a secure TOR method of delivery. The picture show a banner hanging on the Northside of the Davie Blvd overpass of I-95 depicting Gen. Flynn in his full uniform on one side and Richard Denapoli on the other side labeling Denapoli as a RINO! The banner states that Gen. Flynn should “BEWARE OF RINO RICHARD DENAPOLI.” Without further content it is the opinion of this writer that Gen. Flynn should beware of the Military charity event co-hosted by a Charlie Crist supporting politician that has been accused of stolen valor in the past. This was confirmed and reported by the conservative news house called “Breitbart News.” To verify and read that accusation please go to: (https://www.breitbart.com/blog/2014/07/21/stolen-honor-alert-richard-denapoli-lies-about-serving-in-u-s-military/). It is rumored that many Patriots and conservative Republican groups in Broward are trying to convince Gen. Flynn to distance himself from the stolen valor co-host of the event. Furthermore, the two hosts are known for blocking and frustrating MAGA candidates and its supporters through their official Republican position. Gen. Flynn is known world wide for being a Trump supporter who fights RINOs. It baffles many in Broward that Flynn would align himself with Broward County’s worst in the local GOP.

Another question I have is why the Broward Republican Executive Committee Treasurer Charles Solak buying up tickets and giving them away when he should be denouncing this farce! Merrell and Denapoli misrepresented this as a BREC event when that was a bold face lie causing Congressmen Greg Steube  and Michael Waltz, to walk away from the advertised event. Days after the Congressmen cancelled their speaking event Merrell and Denapoli continue to advertise the 2 congressmen as speakers.

News source reports that:

According to a source very close to one of the congressmen, the congressman in question was under the impression that this was a fundraiser for veterans put on by the questionable Broward County Republican Executive Committee  (BREC) because Michelle Merrell, the group’s state committeewoman allegedly misrepresented herself when she pitched the event to him. Who wouldn’t think that this was an official Broward GOP event?

This writer would like to send a message to Gen. Mike Flynn so if you have an avenue to get this to him please do: Gen. Flynn……as a Patriot I ask that you walk away from this misrepresented con job known as a charity for our vets. So far two elected U.S. Congressmen: (Reps. Greg Steube and Michael Waltz) have walked away from this sham to pocket our military heroes’ monies that would better their lives. You might want to discount this as a local drama comment but all politics is local. The Patriots in Broward county will not stand for Merrell and Denapli to run their sham as the local GOP sits broke with no support from these two POS RINOs. There will be a rally at your speaking event by what I read on the conservative blogs bringing light to this misrepresented charity event. We love you, we honor you, we supported you throughout your witch-hunt, and we continue to support BUT not on this. If you continue to support RINOs this way knowing that little funds are being channeled to Soldier Strong then you will be nothing more than the regular politicians that say one thing and do another when no one is watching. We all voted for Trump to get away from from flip-flopping presidents and now we see you heading in that direction. Please change your mind about this event! You are giving a monies infusion to RINOs that will not support Trump supporters but use that cash to work against the America First agenda. Your either with us or against us but you cant ride the fence. Make us proud and walk away!

RINO Richard Denapoli not liked by Broward Patriots
