Richard Denapoli Accused of Selling Confidential BREC Membership Data to Broward Democrat Party Candidates!

Former Broward Republican Executive Committee Chairman Richard “Dick” Denapoli was formerly charged in a Republican Party of Florida grievance that was never formerly heard by the RPOF.

Back In 2018 former Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) Chairman Richard Denapoli was formally accused of selling private and confidential BREC members’ information to Democrat candidates back in 2018. Recently, Drain Broward Swamp received documents that appear to be a grievance filed against Mr. Denapoli as well as two other alleged co-conspirators. On September 28, 2018 a grievance complaint against Mr. Denapoli was sent to George Riley the executive director of the Republican Party of Florida. In addition to Mr. Riley – copies were sent to Rep. Blaise Ingoglia, Chair RPOF, and Ben Gibson, RPOF counsel. At the time of writing of this article Mr. Denapoli is the Republican State Committeeman and the Chairman of the RPOF Grievance Committee that hears all violations within the Republican Party throughout the State of Florida. One of the specific charges against Mr. Denapoli is that he violated his “Republican Loyalty Oath” as an executive officer and Committeeman for BREC. One of the many actions that Mr. Denapoli committed violating his loyalty oath was selling access to the email databases that was created by taking proprietary information that is privately and solely owned by BREC. This action was taken without the knowledge of BREC board or the many members within BREC. In the opinion of this writer, the selling of private Republican donor and membership lists to active Democrat candidates that are on the ballot violates the loyalty Oath of the Republican Party. Below is the unverified evidence of Richard Denapoli’s wrong doing. It is our personal belief that the grievance package sent to us 100% bonafide!

It is important to know that this grievance package that was delivered to Drain Broward Swamp has not been fully verified as authentic although it does appear as the official grievance that has been rumored in the last few years to have occurred. It is also important to point out that Mr. Denapoli denies any involvement or any guilt regarding this allegation. Unfortunately in the writer’s personal opinion it appears that Mr. Denapoli has lied to protect his decade old seat of power to the point he has even filed lawsuits against political opponents to stifle information and free speech.

In the September 28, 2018 filed a grievance the author alleges with proof of a redacted version of an email that was forwarded to him by a judicial candidate that was registered during the election in 2018 as an active Democrat party member. The name of that judicial candidate was Mr. Dale Miller who at the time was employed with the Broward County Public Defenders’ office. On Friday, July 27, 2018 Mr. Miller received an email from one of Richard Denapoli’s accomplices that read as shown below:

If you were around three years ago you would remember Rupert Tarsey’s name. He was the BREC Executive Secretary at the time of the solicitation. As reported in the Sun Sentinel, “Mr. Rupert Tumin Ditsworth of Beverly Hills — who is now Rupert Tarsey of Parkland — was charged in a felony complaint with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly beating an 18-year-old woman with a claw hammer. Ditsworth was 17. Police said the victim, a fellow student at Harvard-Westlake School, one of the nation’s most prestigious college-preparatory schools, was left with a broken leg and a broken nose. Her mother said the victim was struck 40 times and her scalp was split. Police said the teens had gone for a drive in Ditsworth’s 2000 Jaguar after school. The victim’s mother said she was invited to get smoothies after finishing an Advanced Placement exam. Ditsworth began talking about suicide and began striking her with the hammer, her mother told the Los Angeles Times.”

“The victim’s mother, a physician, described what she saw when she arrived at her daughter’s bedside. “Her hair and face were caked with blood,” she said. “On the left side, her head was shaped like a football.” The student newspaper at Harvard-Westlake reported that after she was released from the hospital, the victim attended the prom in her wheelchair and graduation on crutches.” There is an old saying that birds of a feather flock together; and Mr. Tarsey is one of the individuals mentioned in the grievance that was specifically filed against Republican Executive Chairman Richard Denapoli. It appears that at the time Tarsey was helping Mr. Denapoli sell the privileged information to active Democrat candidates. Mr. Tarsey was already on a one year probationary period imposed by the RPOF grievance committee in 2017 for wrongdoing.

The grievance document against Florida Republican State Committeeman Richard Denapoli further alleges that multiple emails from other judicial candidates, some whom have BREC endorsement, and from a consultant who manages several judicial campaigns stated it was common knowledge that Mr. Tarsey and Richard Denapoli were soliciting payment from other registered Democrat candidates for access for personal information that is proprietary and privileged to BREC. As Chairman of the Republican County Executive Committee – Mr. Denapoli appears to be abusing his position for monetary gain selling the private information that the local GOP acquired for its own private use. The individuals whom private information was peddled throughout the Broward County election to registered Democrat candidates were believing in good faith that their data was secure with the Broward County Republican executive committee. Placed in ordinary language Mr. Denapoli sold people’s’ private information without their knowledge or consent in our opinion.

The Democrat candidate was told to make the check out to “Praetorian Consulting” that is located in Tampa, Florida according to corporate records. Neither Mr. Denapoli, Mr. Tarsey, or the other Denapoli associates are listed as officers or directors according the Florida Department of Corporations. Mr. Tarsey’s email confirmed that Republican Chairman Richard Denapoli requested $500.00 for the Republican Donor and member’s list. Payment was to be sent to Mr. Denapoli’s associate home and NOT to the business address based in Tampa. Judicial Candidate Dale Miller made the ethical choice and rejected the offer. The Florida Judicial Cannons prevent a candidate running for judge to accept this type of help from officials of a political party. If only other Judicial Candidates and school Board candidates were as honorable as Mr. Miller maybe they could have governed much better on the Broward school board as they did instead of turning a blind eye to public political corruption.

ENDORSEMENT OF DEMOCRAT CANDIDATES:

Another allegation involved in the grievance is the endorsement of possible candidates that are registered Democrats in Broward County. It is important to note that judicial elections are non-partisan but it is clear from the historical voting record what party the judicial candidate espouses an ideology should they be elected to the bench. On Monday, July 23, 2018, there was a BREC monthly meeting where numerous Broward County judicial candidates were allowed to speak to the BREC members. During that meeting no motions were made to endorse any of the candidates that spoke. Two days later all the BREC members received an email stating that certain judicial candidates as well as candidates for school board were officially endorsed by BREC. The grievant states that of the eight judicial candidates name to only three were registered Republicans in one of those that were endorsed was the key vote on the 2000 cam at Seaboard that started the recount in Broward County of that year. Of the five Broward County school board candidates endorsed only two were Republicans. These endorsements were made unilaterally without the membership vote or the executive board voting to endorse Democrat candidates. It is the opinion of this writer that all Republicans in the state of Florida should be upset Calling for the RPOF or the Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to remove him immediately.

PARTY RULES OF PROCEDURE REPUBLICAN STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

It is rumored within Republican circles that many complaints against Denapoli have been delivered to the Republican grievance board and dismissed without a hearing. RPOF Joe Gruters personally trusted and hand picked Denapoli as Chairman of the RPOF grievance committee. There have been multiple allegations against Denapoli that violate the Republican Loyalty Oath that has NOT seen the light of day. One of the biggest question to ask Joe Gruters, the bigwig of the RPOF, is why Chairman Denapoli did not recuse himself for the obvious conflict of interest? Many in the Republican community voice their belief that in 2018 there was an important election year and Gruters did not want to stain the elections with a trial. Responding to that rumor we ask what office was Denapoli running for that would have kept other Republicans from being elected? We are of the personal belief that hearing the grievance against Denapoli would have caused NO DAMAGE to the statewide and local Republican candidates in the 2018 elections.

Analysis: I cannot believe that these serious allegations did not result in the grievance committee having a trial where the evidence could be presented with Mr. Denapoli afforded the opportunity to respond so that a final decision could be made. Only those on the grievance committee and the Republican leadership knows why Mr. Denapoli’s is still in power and this grievance was never heard. It is our opinion that endorsing Democrat Socialist communist ideologues that are registered and promote the Democrat Party from a Republican executive committee should be run out of their Republican executive office. Where are the Republicans that believe in law in order? Where is Gov. DeSantis on this Republican who in our opinion is a bad Republican and a bad seed? Is it possible because of a looming election that the Republican Party boss Gruters did not want to ruffle the feathers of the establishment, country club, blueblood members? Using one’s position of power to enrich themselves to the detriment of those that placed their trust in the leadership is a great crime against Broward County Republicans, Florida Republicans, and the United States of America.

It is impossible to comprehend how people have tolerated a traitor who sold out for cold cash Republican endorsements to the opposing party. We here at Drain Broward Swamp would have been embarrassed if we had a reputation in the community for selling out private discretionary privileged data on trusting members of the Republican Party to Democrats. In our opinion, this action equals that of somebody in the military that gives away strategic secrets to the enemies. The president of the Republican party for the state of Florida should be ashamed of himself for tolerating such a snake within the Republican Party. I mentioned above in the article that birds of a feather flock together and it seems that the Republican Party of Florida is covering each other’s backs. What Florida needs more than ever today is a political revival to drain the swamp of snakes and other creatures that violate their loyalty oath. Mr. Denapoli has been a controversial figure going back to 2008 even during the height of the tea party movement conservative individuals were calling for Mr. Denapoli to resign. Fast-forward to the present he is still in the Republican Party blocking and frustrating America first policies and candidates. With this I ask you to share this post on your social media, send it to those in power, email it or even print it out and mail it with a stamp on an envelope to make everyone aware of the rhino problems here in Broward County, Florida. Although Mr. Denapoli uses verbiage and rhetoric espoused by Donald Trump in his rallies he is not a Trump supporter (in our opinion). We were told that the Florida for Trump campaign filed two complaints with the Republican Party of Florida because the Broward executive committee under the leadership of Richard Denapoli denied it any assistance in the 2020 election. Donations were solicited and monies were raised under the auspices of getting Trump elected. If those monies were in fact spent why in a very important and controversial election did Broward County Republicans only produced 34% of the 250,000 Republican voters here in Broward County? Do not believe the lies of Richard Denapoli. He will show you pictures of him standing next to Donald Trump and other conservatives, but it is just smoke and mirrors to confuse you. If you don’t believe this article ask around within Broward County Republicans whom have been fighting the good fight for the last 10 years and they will tell you that Richard Denapoli is a Republican in name only (RINO) as per his actions.

Richard Denapoli Solely Attacks Trump’s America First Female Applicants Joining the Local Broward County GOP

At a very embarrassing and confused Broward GOP meeting its Republican State Committeeman, Richard Denapoli, harshly attacks first time female applicants wanting to get involved in politics to promote Trump’s America First Agenda!

OPINION PIECE: Last weekend we at Drain Broward Swamp set off alarms for the America First community that is involved in their local GOP, more specifically the Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) to attend their monthly in person meeting this past Monday evening. The reason for the alert was that GOP State Committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli attempted to make a power play shortly after Trump declared RINO hunting season on Blue-Blood, country club, executive Republicans that are ashamed of the conservative base yet drape themselves in Trump gear to remain relevant violating to their core beliefs. There were two issues that RINO Richard proposed to his supporters in an extreme and convoluted email sent to almost everyone stating what a guy he is by finding dead people on the rolls that was actually discovered by another committeeman in his private search. Richard da RINO chased that clout and made it his own to talk on cable news about his hard work. Richard “Dick” Denapoli proposed two motions that were important to his personal agenda:

  1. RINO MOTION #1:
    Richard “Dick” Denapoli was to amend the minutes of a previous meeting where Chairman Tom Powers of BREC was feeling sick in the past meeting thus he asked Richard Da RINO to read on the new members for him. Powers asked “Dick for a hand, but the RINO took the hand and yanked his arm out! He exceeded the granted authority and started giving absent committee men & women free passes in the form of “absence waivers” to his political supporting minions and no one else. He tried other maneuvers to keep his hold on power filling in the vacuum formed by Power’s absence due to illness. Denapoli did not have the apparent authority to proceed since the ONLY power delegated to him for that meeting was to “read on new members” and NOTHING ELSE! To Tom Powers…FYI….watch the OHIO Trump Rally when our President talks about the snake story below. America First Broward Patriots lost that motion 70-73 votes showing the need to recruit more patriots for the political fight to secure the Broward GOP for 2022. For those lazy BREC American First members…… SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR LAZINESS!
  2. RINO MOTION #2:
    The most offensive motion brought forward for the BREC members to vote on entailed Richard “Dick” Denapoli obtaining the names of the BREC membership. This does not mean the names and precinct s of the members. That is already public information to anyone who wants it. What the RINO wanted was to obtain ultra personal information like social security numbers, cell numbers, addresses, DOB, ect, ect! Even half of the Denapoli’s minions could not stomach the overhanded power grab of personal information of the BREC members. The room erupted in chaos with the majority of the room vocally showing displeasure. The RINO saw the writing on the wall and in an effort to save face with his minion Richard Da RINO withdrew his motion, but the cat was already out of the bag. People saw how petty Denapoli is in his constant eruptions in trying to take control of the meeting from the BREC board.

Why does Denapoli want the personal information of the hundreds of BREC members anyway? The main reason is he wants to intimidate female BREC applicants since the women of Broward are joining the local GOP to become more active for DeSantis and Trump. These women pose a challenge to the head RINO since they are red pilled America First Patriots that will not put up with bullshit. Denapoli felt threatened by these MAGA-Mamas shown in the disdain way he treated them by ONLY attacking women in the past Monday meeting. One Lady Patriot stated that the RINO got a hold of her cell number and called her up. He started to harass her on her qualifications to be a BREC member when this woman is a (R), lives in Broward County, and she changed from NPA over a year ago!

Two other women were attacked during the meeting especially this new to politics young mother named Katie. I was sitting in the room not believing what I was hearing when he attacked her for sending an email detailing her opinions. I have never seen a grown man so intimated by a strong minded Patriotic Trump supporter. Jackie was the next victim of the RINO’s misogynism. He tried to get so many women off the rolls solely because they are ultra America First. Some individuals that voted for Denapoli were not even sure what they were voting for until after the vote they were explained what happened. Learning the truth disgusted some of the newbie BREC-ers that that are displeased with Broward’s oldest RINO. I looked around and the star witness who accused the BREC board of losing his application (Enrique Leon & Chris Nelson) were a no show. Many of us in the audience wanted to hear more on the false allegations in Denapoli’s mass-email regarding the wo BREC members that he cited.

The mask came off Monday during the BREC meeting and many saw saw shit show for what it was…….a RINO trying to stay in power by any means possible after Trump put a political target on his back. We here at Drain Broward Swamp (DBS) do not wish Mr. Denapoli any physical harm whatsoever. When we talk about RINO Hunting the fun and harmless rhetoric we use here is to encourage Patriots to come out and push back against the Republican soft approach and convince Patriots to fight back making Florida First, Making Broward First increasing the quality of life with a massive push back against the policies promoted by the DNC!

The final point here is that Trump and his supporters like us at Drain Broward Swamp are assisting with draining the swamp of snakes and RINOs that that drape themselves as America First but milk their positions for personal gain instead of working for the Broward Citizens. massive amount of Republican and NPA voters are getting involved in the grassroots fight against the blue blood, country club, establishment machine that despise the flag waiving drain the swamp Trump supporters. These new grassroot activists need to be educated on the merits of Broward politics as to not re-elect cronies and minions of the Democrat-lites. We need strong willed individuals that will not bend a knee when confronted on their values. We need an army of America First to goin BREC the local GOP to help elect Gov. Ron DeSantis and President Trump in the upcoming elections!

After Trump Declares RINO Hunting Season Republican State Committeeman Dick Denapoli Attempts BREC Power Grab!

“ULTRA RINO Richard “Dick” Denapoli Has issued an email calling on Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) members to support his RINO power grab to obtain the personal information of BREC Patriots at Monday’s BREC meeting June 28, 2021.”

OPINION PIECE: Trump’s first rally after having the 2020 presidential election stolen from him was held yesterday in Ohio with a 2nd one planned for Sarasota, FL July 3, 2021 with a fireworks show. Trump encouraged his America First troops to go RINO hunting to keep them out of office or throw the bums out of office. Right Side Broadcasting Network and Newsmax offered the rally live on their online channels. After criticizing at length the policies of Biden and Congressional Democrats, Trump called for a massive political reset in the 2022 midterms. “The number one priority for everyone who wants to save America is to put every ounce of energy into winning a victory in midterms and in 2024,” Trump said. Trump called for America First candidates and policies to dominate in the 2022 election cancelling out the watered down Democrat light that the RINO’s tend to be. The RINO’s fearing a political target on their back have shed their political clothing and wrapping up in Trump wear, but still blocking the America First policies and activists!

How does Trump’s call to weed out RINO’s play out on the South Florida political landscape? Well, its looks like Dick Denapoli is mudding the waters with a deceptive email to Republicans with a Trump target on his back after the Ohio speech. The email details more stolen “political” valor of bragging of his political successes that were secured by other Broward Republican Executive Committeemen (BREC) then running on cable news to claim as his own. Sorta smells like a clout chaser to me. He then goes on to complain that that he does not have access to the membership roll. The whole email is about him wanting to gather support to pave forward a motion in BREC to obtain the members’ list among other things. Dick accuses the current board of allowing applications to fall through the cracks citing two individuals who’s applications were over looked by overworked non-pay volunteers. The two individuals that Dick Denapoli cites in his email, Chris Nelson and Albert Massey, are tied to Richard “Dick Denapoli to the hip! Controversial Chris Nelson is known for trolling unsuspecting elderly individuals at gas stations and vocally shaming them live on Facebook for wearing masks. Denapoli’s ultimate goal is to obtain the voter rolls and purge America First patriots from the rolls to preserve his seat from a censure vote or a vote of no confidence. Each member has one vote in BREC. The more America First Patriots are read into BREC the greater the risk of Dick Denapoli being purged from office himself. As you can see this political power play is to take power from the board and delete votes that could harm his continued political success.

The controversial Chris Nelson works hand in hand with Darlene Swaffar who owns SouthFloridaFirst.com as per SunBiz.org, and is currently running for U.S. Congress Dist. 22 office. Swaffar’s campaign is partially managed and influenced by Tom Vaughn who is known in the conservative movement as a political con artist who has been banned by many Republican groups and campaigns in South Florida. This den of RINO’s drape themselves with the flag alleging to support Trump and FL Gov. Ron DeSantis, but Denapoli has done everything he could to block Gov. Ron DeSantis’ campaign efforts in Broward County as the current Republican State Committeeman. He is not black & white about how he goes about it but it is well known in the DeSantis campaign that Denapoli is a BIG road block in Broward county for the Florida Governor’s re-election! Below you will see how the faux MAGA South Florida First website uses its platform to promote Richard “Dick” Denapoli’s power grab agenda. many in the MAGA community just wish this man to go away but like many power hungry politicians they slither in the swamp to gain new power in our opinion. Should he stay in power as a Republican State Committeeman? All these questions lead you to a fork on the road. The right takes you to America First when the left fork takes you to RINO-LAND. Local Broward Executive Committeeman Drops Documented Bombshell Accusations Against RINO Richard Denapoli

Looks like a very well liked Broward Republican Executive Committeeman (BREC) has created a short documentary on Mr. Denapoli. We have uploaded a large amount of information to shed sunlight on the actions of Attorney Richard Denapoli who has been, in our opinion, behaving in the shadows as a Democrat in conservative clothing. Jesus said you would know them by their fruit. Mr. Denapoli may say what you want to hear, but the fruits of his actions in our opinion is quite bitter. Andrew Brett who is an active America First/MAGA Patriot is well liked in the conservative circles. He was recently attacked by Denapoli with Lawsuits that Mr. Brett seems to be winning on all accounts. Mr. Brett was one of many MAGA activists that were served with lawsuits to “shut them up” and stop their activities from being effective against the Democrats and the RINOs that stand in our way!

In my opinion, I think that Richard “Dick” Denapoli has contempt for Flynn and is only using him to line his “for profit LLC” pockets with Flynn’s name. We know the left despises the military and here is a sub-conscience action allowing us glimpse into the heart of a corrupt politician in my personal opinion. ORIGINAL ARTICLE: Seems that someone is pissed off at Broward Republican Executive Committee RINO super star Richard Denapoli (pictured below) who was elected to the office of State Committeeman in 2020. Denapoli holds himself out as a Trump loving Republican as he fundraises for himself. The TRUTH is that Mr. Denapoli is actually a former Democrat that cannot shake off his old blue progressive ways. Historically Mr. Denapli has been opposed to America First candidates and policies. Those Republicans that voted for him were unaware of his political blue past of selling private Republican donor lists to Democrat candidates in 2018. Mr. Denapoli is associated with current RINO State Committee woman Michelle Merrell of Broward County, which is the bluest county in Florida. Both within weeks started up a FOR PROFIT LLC and are holding a fundraiser where ticket prices are $150 to $300 for the purchaser. The event is to be held this Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Signature Grand on State Road 84 in Davie, Florida. The ad says that “A PORTION” of the raised funds will go to the disabled veterans charity called Soldier Strong. What “portion” of the $150 admission is actually going to Soldier Strong? It is rumored that this event is having a protest organized to bring light to the misrepresented event this Friday @ 6 PM.

“We will never know. Private businesses like South Florida Conservative Coalition, Llc, do not have to disclose their sources of revenue, nor do they have to disclose how much money they paid out in expenses or donations. Merrell and those helping her put the event together could very well be pocketing the bulk of the money that unsuspecting attendees to the event will be shelling out. One of those close associates of Merrell is accused of having physically and sexually assaulted a woman and according to court records, was taken to court for failing to pay child support.” Great read to understand the complicated mess Gen Mike Flynn got himself into….. On Thursday, May 20, 2021 about 8:00 commuters on I-95 going to work in the Southbound lane witnessed a banner drop. It was communicated to Drain Broward Swamp.com (DBS) of the banner drop and pictures were sent to a secure TOR method of delivery. The picture show a banner hanging on the Northside of the Davie Blvd overpass of I-95 depicting Gen. Flynn in his full uniform on one side and Richard Denapoli on the other side labeling Denapoli as a RINO! The banner states that Gen. Flynn should “BEWARE OF RINO RICHARD DENAPOLI.” Without further content it is the opinion of this writer that Gen. Flynn should beware of the Military charity event co-hosted by a Charlie Crist supporting politician that has been accused of stolen valor in the past. Days after the Congressmen cancelled their speaking event Merrell and Denapoli continue to advertise the 2 congressmen as speakers.

Two Top Broward RINO’s Continue to Harm the Local (America First) GOP!

#1 Broward RINO Richard Denapoli Must GO!

Shortly after the news broke that Reps. Greg Steube and Michael Waltz dropped out of her misrepresented wounded veteran fundraiser with General Michael Flynn this coming weekend, Broward County Republican State Committeewoman Michelle Merrell deliberately sent out another event email that appears to impersonate Gen. Flynn and falsely claims that both Reps. Steube and Waltz were still speaking at the event.

Rep. Waltz reconfirmed to The Floridian on Tuesday afternoon in Washington, D.C. that he had pulled out of the questionable event.

The new email, which was scrubbed of Michelle Merrell’s abuse and illegal use of her official position within the Republican Party, was sent out as if General Flynn sent the email out himself.

One former Broward Republican Chairman with close ties to Gov. Ron DeSantis called the email nothing less than “misleading” and an outright lie.

Does the “Gen. Michael Flynn” email lead recipients to believe it is an official communication from the general himself?

The event email still states that only a “portion of the proceeds” will go to the veteran’s group SoldierStrong, but now the disclaimer has also been altered. Merrell’s name and official title of state committeewoman have been removed and only her for-profit company is listed as the responsible party for the event.

Republican Congressmen Back out of Misrepresented Veteran Fundraiser With Gen. Flynn Associated with Denapoli

Here is my take on the following Broward mess! State committeeman Richard “Dick” Denapoli has been in politics too long. Michele Merrill the State Committeewoman for Broward and Richard came up with this FOR PROFIT LLC that planned to pocket $$$$ donated towards disabled vets. As per the article it seems Merrell lied to two Congressmen that the event is a GOP event when it was not. They walked away. Efforts to sway Gen. Flynn to walk away has failed by those in the MAGA community in Broward County. Many wonder what type of witchcraft has blinded Flynn into believing a lie. It is rumored that the Broward Republican Executive Committee Treasurer Charles Solak is a lapdog for Denapoli as he purchased multiple tickets for this tainted event and handed them away.

Republicans Congressmen Greg Steube (pictured) and Michael Waltz, both U.S. Army veterans, have pulled the plug on their joint appearance at an upcoming wounded veterans event with former General Michael Flynn in Broward County, Florida. Both congressional offices confirmed to The Floridian that the members backed out of the event because of House Ethics issues when they found out that the event was a misrepresented veterans fundraiser set up to really benefit a Florida for-profit business and not a charity for wounded veterans.

Interestingly enough, the event is billed as a fundraiser to benefit wounded vets by way of the Solder Strong, an established 501 (c) (3) organization, whose board members include Fox News’ Martha MacCallum and former Congresswoman Donna Shalala (D).  According to the fundraising email, only a “portion of the proceeds” will be got to Soldier Strong. The for-profit group is asking for $150 per ticket and $300 for VIP admission.

What “portion” of the $150 admission is actually going to Soldier Strong?

We will never know. One Broward Republican we spoke to called the event “a scam” they believe is just another “sketchy antic” that certain past and present members of the Broward GOP continue to take part in. The committee member, who asked us to keep his/her name out of the story, pointed to the fact that several key members of the Broward Republican group sold their own email list to Democrats, openly endorsing Democrats over Republicans, and embarrassing Gov. Ron DeSantis in the process.

Now concerned Conservative Broward citizens are said to be organizing a protest at the Signature Grand event on May 21 in Davie, Florida. (See Ad below).

But while there is new “Conservative” leadership in Chairman Tom Powers and Vice Chairman Joe Duva heading up the committee, the fissure between those leaders and Merrell and her very few worker bees has deepened.

There is an active effort to register and read on as many Republicans on to the committee in order to fix what the previous committee failed to do — win elections and grow the GOP base. With the prior BREC, only selected people were allowed to be read onto the voting rolls.

Gov. DeSantis, who is the leader of the Republican Party, is well aware of who are the problem children within the Broward GOP and expressed deep concern over how the party has comported itself over the past few years.

Currently, in Broward County, Republicans rank 3rd behind Democrats and NPA’s in voter registration.

Stolen Honor Alert! – Richard DeNapoli Lies About Serving In U.S. Military

Charlie Crist Republican Richard DeNapoli has really stepped in it this time. The former Democrat and Broward County GOP boss lied to Broward Republican voters in 2010 when he stated in a letter that he had served in the United States Marine Corps.

DeNapoli was running for Treasurer of the Broward GOP, and one night before the group’s monthly meeting, DeNapoli was confronted about lying about his military service. DeNapoli’s lie was spelled out on a candidacy letter he was distributing on all of the chairs that were already put out for the event.

When asked about why he stated that her “served” in the Marine Corps, DeNapoli quickly snapped back and said,” What, are you going to blog about it?”

No sooner than DeNapoli uttered those words, he quickly began picking up all of the letters he had already place on the chairs.

At the time of the incident, DeNapoli had told several friends that he dropped out during boot camp because he suffered hypothermia during training, and was discharged from the Corps.

I am not sure what the truth really is here, as DeNapoli has stated on his 2008 resume that he had completed a short stint in the USMC Mini-Officer Candidates School.

Completing USMC Mini-Officer candidate school is the equivalent of being in the Boy Scouts and completing the necessary prerequisites to receive a Merit badge.

Richard DeNapoli never held rank in the USMC, so why would he state that he served in the Corps? DeNapoli can easily clear all this out by furnishing a DD214, or any documentation that would support his claim of serving in the U.S. military.

Heck, DeNapoli must have an old Boot Camp picture or discharge papers. Right? DeNapoli is running for the Florida state House of Representatives against U.S. Navy Reserve veteran Julio Gonzalez, who did serve in the U.S. Military, and can prove it.

What would Allen West say about DeNapoli’s little lie? DeNapoli is quick to post a picture of him and West to promote himself and candidacy, but what about now?

Conservative” Resume? Broward Republican Leader Richard DeNapoli Served As Intern In Clinton White House

In a 2010 e-mail to members of the Broward Republican Republican Executive Committee (BREC), Richard DeNapoli touted his “conservative” resume as the main reason why Republicans should make him the next party chairman. DeNapoli listed his involvement with college republicans, attendance at events and even his position as an intern in the Clinton White House. He also listed his volunteer work on campaigns ranging from George Bush to local candidates. But it appears DeNapoli failed to share his work on local judicial campaigns which directly tie him to the Broward Democrat known as “The Judicial Kingmaker.”

To most, Anthony Gargiulo was just another retired New York cop living in a Lauderdale Lakes condominium. But to political insiders, “Tony G.” was the man who transformed lawyers into Broward judges. In 1996, Buddy Nevins profiled Gargiulo in the Sun-Sentinel. Nevins wrote, “Anthony Gargiulo is being touted in political circles as Broward’s judicial kingmaker because of his perfect record. Since 1988, the campaign consultant has helped four lawyer-clients win seats on the bench.

Gargiulo became a trusted advisor for Broward Sheriff Ed Stack, a Republican. According to Nevins, Gargiulo gave Stack access to Broward Democrats known as “condo commandos,” while Stack introduced Tony G to his Republican contacts.

Gargiulo used his contacts to help lawyers win a spot on the Broward bench. But his help did not come cheap. “His fee is steep, a minimum of $25,000 per race, but he delivers,” Nevins wrote.

In 2006, Judge Marina Garcia Wood paid the hefty $25,000 fee to Tony G. But Richard DeNapoli claims he was the “consultant/campaign manger” for Garcia Wood.

JUDGEMAKER’S APPRENTICE?

In a 2007 resume obtained by REDBROWARD, Richard DeNapoli listed campaign work for several Broward candidates. Work he failed to list on his BREC “conservative” resume. In addition to the Garcia Wood campaign, DeNapoli said he was the “consultant/co-campaign manager” for Judge Eric Marc Beller from January 2004 to August 2004. When Beller retired in 2016, Tony G Gargiulo received all the credit.

In 2016 BrowardBeat reported, “Beller won office easily in 2004 in a campaign managed by the late Anthony ‘Tony G’ Gargiulo, a political consultant so effective in judicial races he earned the nickname ‘The Judgemaker.’”

While he did not get the credit, political insiders remember DeNapoli accompanying Gargiulo on the campaign trail. One insider remembers DeNapoli helping the elderly Tony G eat lunch at one event.

BIRTH OF “PRAETORIAN” GUARD?

With his tutelage under the highly successful Democrat Tony G Gargiulo, Richard DeNapoli’s interest in Broward judicial races should come as no surprise. Last week, REDBROWARD exposed the “Praetorian Consulting” scandal involving BREC Board members and candidates for the Broward judiciary. As the Broward Republican State Committeeman, Richard DeNapoli serves on the BREC Board.

Last Monday, Javier Manjarres, editor of the Shark Tank, reported the filing of an official grievance with the Republican Party Of Florida (RPOF). According to Manjarres, “The grievance alleges that these three individuals broke ‘for violations of the Loyalty Oaths and for conduct that is conflict with their role as a BREC member/office’ by selling Republicans lists (most likely to include the BREC membership list) to Democrats.” While Manjarres redacted the names in the grievance, it appears as though it was filed against State Committeeman Richard DeNapoli, Party Secretary Rupert Tarsey and member Michael J. Kane.

REDBROWARD was able to review a copy of an e-mail in the grievance. Sent from “michaelkane@gmail.com” to a Broward judicial candidate on July 27, 2018 the e-mail was cc’ed to Richard DeNapoli:

“We can correspond on this email address, it’s a shared address. First of all, noticed you are in [Knights Of Columbus] assembly 157. Didn’t realize that when we chatted, we are in the same council and I was the [Grand Knight] of my regular council.

Spoke with Richard, the State Committeeman who has the big list, he said 500 is good. Write up what you want us to send out and we will send it out to our 50k list multiple times. I’m sure you have already crafted a standard promo e-mail. That would work. It’s a mostly republican list but not exclusively. I don’t think you can anyways but I wouldn’t put anything partisan. Also, we will probably make an email address for you to send it out on.

REDBROWARD’s attempts to reach Kane by telephone were unsuccessful. Even though Kane assisted these BREC leaders last year, it’s unclear if he authored this solicitation.

The author mentions he was the grand knight of the Knights of Columbus. Rupert Tarsey was the grand knight, not Michael Kane. Also, Kane used a different e-mail address to register to vote and join BREC. Did he create this “shared” e-mail account?

According to Broward property records, the address for “Praetorian Consulting” in the e-mail is actually the home address of Rupert Tarsey.

In his October 2018 campaign treasurer’s report, Plantation City Council candidate Rico Petrocelli listed an expenditure to Praetorian Consulting for campaign texts. Petrocelli, a former BREC chair & state committeeman, is a close ally of Richard DeNapoli. Petrocelli listed the address for Praetorian Consulting as 255 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables.

According to multiple records, Richard DeNapoli is employed by Coral Gables Trust located at 255 Alhambra Circle Suite 333 in Coral Gables.

REDBROWARD reached out to DeNapoli to ask if this is a coincidence. He did not respond to our request for comment.

DeNAPOLI SAYS ‘NO’ TO REPUBLICAN WOMEN JUDGES?

In August 2018, the BREC Board endorsed Tanner Channing Demmery over Leonore Greller and Corey Amanda Cawthon in the Broward County Judge Group 9 race. In the November runoff, the BREC Board once again endorsed Demmery over Cawthon.

In October, Javier Manjarres of the Shark Tank wondered why the BREC leadership decided to endorse Demmery, a Democrat public defender over Corey Cawthon, a registered Republican.

Manjarres wrote, “This is disgraceful for Republicans, but is an expected move from the embattled misfit group of Republicans who supposedly represent all Broward Republicans.”

In a statement to The Shark Tank, BREC Chairman George Moraitis, “affirmed the decision, stating that the decision was made to endorse after ‘the attorneys’ recommended it. Moraitis did not say who the attorneys were.”

Moraitis, treasurer Kevin Moot and DeNapoli are the only lawyers on the BREC Board.

In an interview with REDBROWARD during early voting, Demmery said, “I don’t pay anyone to be on endorsement cards.” When asked about the BREC endorsement, Demmery’s answers were not as clear cut. He claimed he was on the card because “people support me.”

When asked if he met with Rupert Tarsey, Demmery said, “I don’t even know who Rupert Tarsey is.”

When asked about his contact with Richard DeNapoli, Demmery denied meeting with anyone but would not answer when asked if he talked to him or any other BREC leader. “I never paid to be on any of these cards,” Demmery said.

Demmery was badly beaten by Corey Cawthon in November.

The controversy over the Demmery is not the first time an endorsement drama enveloped the BREC Board. In 2016, BREC failed to include Judge Nina DiPietro on its list of endorsements. Her husband, David DiPietro was former legal counsel for BREC.

After some prominent Republicans complained about DiPietro’s exclusion, BREC was forced to print new endorsement cards. Buddy Nevins of Browardbeat.com “was also told that the board of directors of the local GOP were split over whether to redo the cards, which will be distributed to select voters. A number of directors opposed changing the list to include Judge Di Pietro.”

What was the real story behind the DiPietro mess?

According to former BREC Chairman Robert Sutton, one particular BREC Board member did not want Judge Nina DiPietro the palm card.

“Richard DeNapoli said he did not want Nina DiPietro to get the BREC endorsement,” Sutton told REDBROWARD.

In an October 2016 e-mail to REDBROWARD, DeNapoli included the endorsement card without DiPietro. He said it was available on the party Facebook page. DeNapoli wrote, “This was the finalized guide as decided by the Board and amendments voted upon by the BREC members at the September meeting.”

Sutton said party leaders in Tallahassee were extremely angry over the slight and the cards were reprinted.

Does Richard DeNapoli hope “Praetorian Consulting” will make him the next “Judgemaker?”
